February 2021 Covid Update
Dear Loyal Patrons,
We are reopened!
Because your Safety is our Number One Priority, we have a number of precautions.
Key Points:
- We are limiting admission
- Advance Ticket Sales Only
- Hours vary, please check calendar (Outdoor Events available!)
- Anyone with a question about a membership please call us for direction
- We have changed some of our exhibits and cannot wait to share them with you.
Before your visit:
INDOOR Advance tickets will be available here.*
(No Walk-ins Allowed, MUST RESERVE)
*We offer Private Play opportunities here for those who want to reserve the playspace for their family or group.
What happens when you visit:
We will then ask everyone in your group to use our hand sanitizer right at the entrance.
All adults will be asked to wear masks and children will be asked to wear one as best as they can.
Safety before and during your session:
We have installed extra hand sanitizers all over the facility.
Additional sanitizing is spent 30 minutes between each session.
Cafe Information: Our cafe will be open for the entire day. We have removed some of our cafe tables to make sure they are socially distanced.
Toy Bins: We have bins all around for anything that goes in a mouth should be put in the bin so we can sanitize that specific item.We have lots of extra sanitizing products on hand to use daily.
Bathrooms: The bathrooms will be cleaned throughout the day.
Behind the scenes: We have spent 4 months deep cleaning every ounce of space in our facility (including the ceilings).
We are looking forward to seeing you at our indoor facility again!
